高中英语学习困难生自我效能感及培养对策

摘要(Abstract)：
自我效能感是美国著名心理学家班杜拉(Albert Bandura)在1977年首次提出的,自我效能感影响着人们的行为选择、意志水平、思维模式、情感反应模式等。目前在普通高中有相当一部分学生英语学习困难,成绩低下,这部分学习困难学生的自我效能感较低。对这一群体自我效能感的研究,有助于提高学习困难学生的学习质量,提高外语学习成绩,促进中学教育事业的发展。
